6月26日,国家发改委主任徐绍史在第十二届全国人大常委会第三次会议上作了《国务院关于城镇化建设工作情况的报告》。报告中称,我国将全面放开小城镇和小城市落户限制,有序放开中等城市落户限制,逐步放宽大城市落户条件,合理设定特大城市落户条件,逐步把符合条件的农业转移人口转为城镇居民。专家说,这是我国第一次明确提出各类城市具体的城镇化路径。
