肌腱损伤是临床的常见病之一,其愈合后易发生黏连而影响肌腱功能,因此,有效地改善和促进愈合、恢复肌腱功能成为亟待解决的主要问题。为求在根源上找到解决问题的方法,众多学者对肌腱发育的机制进行了大量的研究,发现了肌腱发育和分化的关键转录因子Scleraxis(SCX)和Mohawk(MKX)。为了更好地了解肌腱发育机制,该文主要对转录因子SCX和MKX的发现、在肌腱中的分布和功能以及参与的信号通路等方面进行了阐述。
Tendon injury is one of the most common clinical diseases. It is prone to adhesions and affects tendon function after healing. Therefore, improving and promoting healing and resuming tendon function are the main problems to be solved urgently. In order to find the solution to the root causes, many scholars have done a lot of research on the mechanism of tendon development and found that Scleraxis (SCX) and Mohawk (MKX), the key transcription factors of tendon development and differentiation. In order to better understand the mechanism of tendon development, this paper mainly expounds the discovery of transcription factors SCX and MKX, the distribution and function in tendon and the involved signal pathways.
