英國公投脱歐結果是歐洲一體化進程的一個重大轉折點。雖然從法律上來講,英國尚未真正離開歐盟,英國與歐盟之間將來究竟會以怎樣的模式建立關係尚有待於今後雙方的談判和博弈,但是這一結果無疑會對包括知識產權法律在内的英國法或歐盟法帶來一些不確定的影響。作為歐洲市場一體化重要一環的知識產權一體化進程——特别是處於能否實施的關鍵時刻的歐洲單一專利制度,無疑也會遭受很大的衝擊。本文試對此加以分析。
The outcome of the British referendum’s exit from the EU is a major turning point in the process of European integration.
