本文分析了高职院校教学团队建设中需解开的三个不等式,提出了“一松一紧,实现学院两大机制创新;一高一低,促进专兼职教师技能互补;一点一面,加快团队成员的分层培养步伐”的高职教学团队建设的三个“切入点”。
This paper analyzes the three inequalities to be solved in the construction of teaching team in higher vocational colleges, puts forward the idea of “one loose and one tight” to realize the innovation of the two mechanisms of the college; one high and one low promotes the complementary skills of part- Facilitate the team members to speed up the process of stratification “three ” entry point of the construction of higher vocational teaching team.
