目的:探讨达芬奇机器人辅助腹腔镜肾盂输尿管成形术治疗肾盂输尿管连接部梗阻的临床疗效。方法:回顾性分析收治的32例因肾盂输尿管连接部梗阻(UPJO)接受达芬奇机器人辅助腹腔镜肾盂输尿管成形术患者资料。结果:32例患者中,UPJO位于左侧24例,右侧8例。手术时间为90~380min,平均158.6min;失血量为20~120ml,平均47.8ml;住院日为3~15d,平均5.7d。术后有4例患者发生腹膜后暂时性漏尿,无其他围手术期并发症。经平均10.5个月的随访,临床治疗有效率达100%。结论:达芬奇机器人辅助腹腔镜肾盂输尿管成形术视野清晰,操作精确、方便,疗效满意。
Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of da Vinci robot-assisted laparoscopic ureteropelvic pyeloplasty in the treatment of ureteropelvic junction obstruction. Methods: A retrospective analysis of 32 patients admitted to Da Vinci robotic laparoscopic ureteropelvic pyeloplasty due to ureteropelvic junction obstruction (UPJO) was performed. Results: In 32 patients, UPJO was located on the left side in 24 cases and on the right side in 8 cases. The operation time was 90 ~ 380min with an average of 158.6min. The blood loss was 20 ~ 120ml with an average of 47.8ml. The length of stay was 3 ~ 15d with an average of 5.7 days. Postoperative retroperitoneal leakage of urine occurred in 4 patients with no other perioperative complications. After an average of 10.5 months of follow-up, clinical treatment efficiency of 100%. Conclusion: Da Vinci robot-assisted laparoscopic ureteropelvic angioplasty has a clear vision, convenient and accurate operation.
