目的研究福建省2012~2013年公共场所空调冷却塔水及冷凝水中分离的嗜肺军团菌的基因特征。方法应用脉冲场凝胶电泳(pulsedfield gel electrophoresis,PFGE)技术对33株嗜肺军团菌进行电泳,并用BioNumerics软件包对其进行聚类分析。结果 33株可分为26种PFGE型,菌株间相似性系数为44.60%~100.00%,大部分菌株的PFGE型别差异明显,无优势型别。不同地区分离的嗜肺军团菌既有差异较大的带型,也存在相同和相似的带型。结论 2012~2013年福建省公共场所空调冷却塔水及冷凝水中分离的嗜肺军团菌呈现基因多样性。
Objective To study the genetic characteristics of Legionella pneumophila isolated in water and condensate water from public places in 2012 ~ 2013 in Fujian Province. Methods 33 strains of Legionella pneumophila were electrophoresed by pulsedfield gel electrophoresis (PFGE) and clustered with BioNumerics software package. Results 33 strains were divided into 26 PFGE types. The similarity coefficient of the strains was 44.60% -100.00%. Most of the strains showed significant differences in PFGE type and no dominant type. Legionella pneumophila isolated in different regions both have different band patterns, there are also the same and similar band pattern. Conclusion The genetic diversity of Legionella pneumophila isolated from water and condensate water of air-condition cooling towers in public places in Fujian Province from 2012 to 2013 showed genetic diversity.
