目的:建立HPLC法测定清血糖浆中黄芩苷的含量。方法:采用HPLC法,色谱枉为Eclipse XDB-C_(18)柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇:0.2%磷酸溶液(45:55),流速为1.0 ml.min~(-1),检测波长为315 nm。结果:黄芩苷在0.087~0.521μg范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 9),平均回收率为99.78%,RSD=1.54%(n=9)结论:该方法简灵敏、准确、重复性好,可用于清血糖浆的质量控制
Objective: To establish an HPLC method for the determination of baicalin in Qingxue syrup. Methods: The HPLC method was as follows: Eclipse XDB-C 18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) with a mobile phase of methanol: 0.2% phosphoric acid solution (45:55) at a flow rate of 1.0 ml · min ~ -1), the detection wavelength is 315 nm.
