1E34F缸体是我公司1E34F系列汽油机的重要压铸件,使用进口日本DC2250E压铸机生产,其质量直接影响到主机的性能。以前在生产过程中,一是容易顶穿缸体铸件毛坯,造成停产修理;二是缸体铸件毛坯漏气率较高,有时达到30%以上。笔者分析了铸件的结构特点及其出现的问题,对模具进行了修改,并对生产过程使用的工艺参数进行了控制,使缸体漏气率控制在3%以内,保证了铸件质量。
1E34F cylinder is an important die-casting part of our company 1E34F series gasoline engine. It is produced by imported Japan DC2250E die-casting machine and its quality directly affects the performance of the host machine. Previously in the production process, one is easy to top wear cylinder blank castings, resulting in discontinued repair; Second, the high leakage rate of cylinder castings blank, sometimes up to 30%. The author has analyzed the structural characteristics of the castings and the problems that occur. The mold has been modified and the process parameters used in the production process have been controlled. The leakage rate of the cylinder body is controlled within 3% to ensure the quality of the castings.
