天津市工业比较集中,机械制造业全能厂多,据1980年统计,市区共有热处理厂点489个,其中5人以下的生产点301个。为了改变这种厂点分散、设备落后、能源浪费大、生产效率低、质量差的状况,我们从1981年起进行热处理工艺专业化调整工作。目前我们已组建热处理专业厂一个、专业分厂三个、协作点四个,热处理专业化协作已初具规模。根据市统一规划,约有200个中小企业产品及模具热处理已分批转移到专业协作厂生产。模具是一种质量要求高、材料品种多的单件小批生产产品,热处理工艺比较复杂,
The industry in Tianjin is relatively concentrated, and the machinery manufacturing industry has many all-powerful factories. According to statistics from 1980, there are 489 heat-treatment plants in the urban area, including 301 production sites with less than 5 persons. In order to change the conditions of such factory site dispersion, equipment backwardness, large energy waste, low production efficiency, and poor quality, we have carried out specialization adjustments of heat treatment process since 1981. At present, we have set up a professional heat treatment plant, three professional branches, and four coordination points. The cooperation in heat treatment specialization has begun to take shape. According to the city’s unified plan, about 200 SME products and mold heat treatment have been transferred in batches to the production of professional collaboration plants. The mold is a single batch of small batch products with high quality requirements and many varieties of materials. The heat treatment process is more complicated.
