日本机车车辆制造厂于1981年末到1982年初为上海宝山钢铁厂制造了20台厂内运输用液力传动内燃机车。该机车装有双变扭器的传动装置和美国博施电子调速器。持续速度可到2公里/小时。
Japan’s locomotive and rolling stock factory built 20 hydraulically driven diesel locomotives for transportation at the Baoshan Iron and Steel Plant in Shanghai in late 1981 and early 1982. The locomotive is equipped with dual torque converter transmission and the United States Bosch electronic governor. Sustained speed up to 2 km / h.
