随着对网络利用的日益增多,互联网在大学得到进一步发展和普及,网络已经成为大学生学习生活中不可或缺的工具之一。对网络使用率的提高带来更多方便的同时,网络成瘾的学生也越来越多,如何高效的使网络为大学生服务,而又不过度依赖于网络导致网络成瘾行为,已经成为学校和学生所关注的热点问题之一。本文从描述网络成瘾行为的现状开始,分析了为什么会形成网络成瘾,最后提出了防治大学生网络成瘾的对策。
