三级跳远中最关键的一跳是跨步跳,跨步跳技术的优劣对三级跳远总成绩的影响最大,是衡量三级跳远水平的重要指标,而单腿跳的落地缓冲与起跳则是运动员完成跨步跳的前提,所以要想提高跨步跳的成绩及三跳的总成绩还要从单腿跳的落地缓冲与起跳入手。笔者认为:单腿跳落地缓冲与起跳能力包括下肢工作肌群的做功能力、单腿跳落地和起跳角度的合理控制及肢体摆动与下肢肌肉群蹬伸的协调配合。通过对以上三个内容的分析,总结出几个提高三级跳远运动员单腿跳落地缓冲与起跳能力的有效途径。

Through the analysis of the above three elements, summed up several effective ways to improve the ability of the one-leg jumper to jump off and take-off in triple-jump athletes.
