目的建立石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定藏力康胶囊中镉含量的方法。方法采用湿法快速消解法消解样品,用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定镉的含量。结果镉的线性范围为0~10 ng·mL-1;标准曲线方程式为非线性通过零点,r=0.9994;平均回收率为105.1%,RSD=2.1%(n=6),仪器检出限为0.4 pg。3批藏力康胶囊镉的含量均低于中国药典和美国FDA对药品与功能性食品镉限量标准的要求(Cd≤0.3滋g·g-1)。结论该方法准确、可靠,适用于藏力康胶囊等保健食品中镉的含量测定。
OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the determination of cadmium in Zha Likang capsule by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry. Methods The samples were digested rapidly by wet method and the content of cadmium was determined by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry. The results showed that the linear range of cadmium was 0 ~ 10 ng · mL-1. The standard curve equation was nonlinear through zero, r = 0.9994. The average recovery was 105.1%, RSD was 2.1% (n = 6) 0.4 pg. The content of cadmium in three batches of KLLC was lower than the requirements of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia and the US FDA for the limit of cadmium in pharmaceuticals and functional foods (Cd≤0.3 μg · g -1). Conclusion The method is accurate and reliable and is suitable for the determination of cadmium in health food such as Zha Likang capsule.
