目的 探讨激素分别联合他克莫司,来氟米特治疗IgA肾病的临床治疗效果.方法 选取三甲医院肾内科2018年1月——2019年12月期间临床58例IgA肾病患者,随机分组,观察组患者使用激素+他克英司,对照组患者使用激素+来氟米特,对比两组患者临床疗效.结果 观察组的临床疗效显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 激素联合他克莫司治疗IgA肾病用药安全,疗效好,且可改善多种指标,值得临床推广应用.
