目的 分析糜烂型口腔扁平苔藓患者经光动力疗法与地塞米松治疗的临床效果比较.方法?2019年1月～2020年2月为本次研究涉及患者选取时间区间,从该时间区间共计选取80例糜烂型口腔扁平苔藓患者展开研究,通过实施随机数表法将80例研究对象分为两组,即对照组和观察组,各40例,其中对照组行地塞米松治疗,观察组行光动力疗法治疗,比较治疗效果和疼痛变化情况.结果 对照组患者行地塞米松治疗所得治疗总有效率为82.50％,观察组患者行光动力疗法治疗所得治疗总有效率为97.50％,差异显著,有统计学意义(P0.05),治疗后两组患者VAS评分均降低,组间比较观察组VAS评分低于对照组,差异显著,有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 糜烂型口腔扁平苔藓患者经光动力疗法治疗的临床效果优于地塞米松治疗,有效缓解了患者的疼痛症状.
