针对缸体的工艺设计方案,利用华铸CAE软件分析了其凝固过程,通过软件的后处理程序分析了铸件缩孔和缩松产生的位置。采取相应的工艺优化改进措施后消除了铸件缺陷,获得了满足铸件技术要求的优质铸件。
