沈伟光是我国信息战学科的带头人之一,最早系统提出信息战理论。早在1985年,他就开始研究信息战问题,1990年3月出版了《信息战》一书,此后,又先后出版了《新战争论》、《新军事问题》、《第三次世界大战——全面信息战》等著作,并在国际信息战论坛上提出“遏制信息战”的思想,引起世人的广泛关注。最近,浙江大学出版社推出了由傅全有总参谋长作序的《沈伟光军事战略研究丛书》,引起了出版界的关注,其中的《理想战争》一书更是格外引人注目。从军事战略研究和未来学研究的角度,作者在该书中提出了一系列关于理想战争的新思想,尽管有一些还值得商榷,但颇有新意。为此,作为学术争鸣的一家之言,本刊在这里发表介绍该书的文章,以期引发人们的关注、思考和讨论。
Shen Weiguang is one of the leaders in the field of information war science in our country, and the earliest systematic theory of information warfare was put forward. As early as 1985, he began to study the issue of information warfare. In March 1990, he published the book “Information Warfare.” Since then, he has published “New War Theory”, “New Military Issue,” “Third World War - Comprehensive Information War ”and other works, and put forward in the international information warfare forum“ to curb the information warfare ”thinking, aroused widespread concern of the world. Recently, Zhejiang University Press introduced the “Shen Weiguang Military Strategy Study Series” prefaced by Fu Quanyou Chief of General Staff, which aroused the concern of the publishing industry. The book “Ideal War” is even more remarkable. From the perspective of military strategy research and futurology research, the author proposes a series of new ideas about ideal war in this book, and although some of them are still debatable, they are rather innovative. To this end, as a scholar of academic contention, the publication published here article introducing the article, with a view to triggering people’s attention, thinking and discussion.
