在普查勘探工作中,要大胆冲破传统观念的束缚,把各种成矿理论与近代物理及近代化学结合起来,充分利用当代的各种测试手段,将找矿标志的研究延伸到微观甚至超微观的领域。矿床及其成矿环境和控矿因素是一个大系统。在这个系统中,利用同位素地球化学、微量元素地球化学、电子顺磁共振、矿物中电子空穴中心、阴极射线发光谱等现代测试方法可以获得重要的找矿信息。
