In order to make the formulation and revision of the national standards for food safety and improve the national standard system of food safety, our committee openly solicits from the public the proposal for 2015 national standards for food safety. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows: I. Project Basis The proposed project proposals shall meet the following requirements: (1) The scope of the national food safety standards stipulated in the “Food Safety Law” and its implementing regulations and the “Administrative Measures on National Standards for Food Safety”. (2) “Decision of the State Council on Strengthening Food Safety Work” (Guo Fa [2012] No. 20), "State Food Safety Regulatory Body
