气淬粒化钢渣工艺是一种全新的干法处理钢渣工艺,此工艺既可以干法处理钢渣又可以对液态钢渣的显热进行高效回收。同时,通过对气淬粒化工艺过程进行有效控制可为钢渣制备高附加值产品奠定基础。采用不同孔型的拉瓦尔喷嘴喷吹不同粒径石英砂,冷态模拟液态钢渣气淬粒化过程中渣粒的飞行轨迹,通过正交实验方法研究不同条件下渣粒落地距离和落地宽度,为气淬粒化液态钢渣粒化室和喷嘴结构设计提供理论参考依据。
The gas-quenched granulated steel slag process is a new dry-process steel slag process, which can both dry-process the steel slag and efficiently recover the sensible heat of the liquid steel slag. At the same time, through the effective control of the gas quenching process can lay the foundation for steel slag preparation of high value-added products. Different sizes of Laval nozzles were used to inject quartz sand with different grain sizes. Cold trajectory of slag particles during liquid-gas quenching granulation was simulated by cold orifice. Through the orthogonal experimental method, the landing distance and landing width of slag particles under different conditions were studied. It provides a theoretical reference for the design of gas-granulated liquid steel slag granulation chamber and nozzle.
