随着经济全球一体化进程的加快和国际竞争的加剧,战略联盟已成为跨国公司从事海外R&D最重要的组织方式。跨国公司在华与我国科研院所和企业建立广泛的R&D战略联盟,一是为了降低R&D成本,分担R&D的风险;二是为了技术创新;三是为了竞争和开拓中国市场。其影响主要包括两个方面:积极影响和消极影响。积极影响是它给我国带来了先进的技术、科研管理经验和人才培养模式,具有显著的溢出效应;消极影响是它与我国企业和科研机构争夺市场和人才,不利于我国科研创新体制的建立。
With the acceleration of economic globalization and the intensification of international competition, strategic alliances have become the most important organizational forms for multinational corporations to engage in overseas R & D. Multinational corporations in China and China’s research institutes and enterprises to establish a wide range of R & D strategic alliances, one is to reduce R & D costs, share R & D risk; the second is for technological innovation; the third is to compete and open up the Chinese market. Its impact mainly includes two aspects: positive impact and negative impact. The positive impact is that it has brought to our country advanced technology, scientific research management experience and personnel training mode, with a significant spillover effect. The negative impact is that it competes with Chinese enterprises and scientific research institutions for markets and talents, which is not conducive to the establishment of China’s scientific research and innovation system .
