结合受电弓开发设计过程,借助有限元软件ANSYS和多体系统动力学软件SIMPACK,建立弓网刚柔耦合仿真平台.通过耦合仿真平台对受电弓参数进行了深入分析,比较了在同一速度下,不同的受电弓参数对弓网接触力的影响,进而对受电弓参数进行优化,得出最佳参数,并把参数反馈到受电弓的机械设计过程中.同时借助于多体系统动力学技术,建立弓网耦合仿真平台,在受电弓设计开发早期对受电弓参数进行了优化,而且研究的成果得到了实践中的验证,取得了有益的研究成果.
Combined with pantograph development and design process, the finite element software ANSYS and multi-body system dynamics software SIMPACK were used to establish the rigid-flexible coupling simulation platform of bow-net. The pantograph parameters were analyzed through the coupled simulation platform, Under different pantograph parameters on the bow contact force, and then pantograph parameters optimization, the best parameters, and the parameters are fed back to pantograph mechanical design process at the same time by means of multi-body System dynamic technology to establish the bow and net coupling simulation platform, the pantograph parameters are optimized in the early stage of pantograph design and development, and the research results have been verified in practice, and the beneficial research results have been obtained.
