我局地处华东北部,北接京津,南联宁沪,东至黄海、东海的烟台、青岛、石臼、连云四大海港,西与华中、西北、西南广大腹地相通,形成了“一纵”(津浦线中段)“三横”(胶济线、菏兖—兖石线、陇海线东段)主要干线和若干支线组成全局铁路线网络,担负着晋煤外运主要通道的任务,构成了由南向北,由西向东的重车流向。目前我局管内的德州至符离集间已全线完成双线自动闭塞,并逐步实现站线有效长1050米。牵引动力已更换ND_5内燃机车,输送能力有所提高。

At present, I managed to complete the dual-line automatic blockade between Texas and Fukatsu Shibu and gradually realized an effective 1050 meters of station line. Traction power has been replaced ND_5 diesel locomotive, transport capacity has increased.
