淋巴结显示技术在直肠癌标本中应用价值

目的:探讨淋巴结显示技术在直肠癌标本系膜淋巴结检查中应用的临床意义。方法:经病理证实直肠癌患者20例均行直肠癌全系膜切除术,先以传统方法取出切除直肠癌标本系膜组织中淋巴结切片、染色、镜检,再以淋巴结显示液浸泡标本6~12 h后行淋巴结病理检查。比较2种方法检出的淋巴结数目、淋巴结直径、阳性淋巴结数目。结果:切除标本经淋巴结显示液处理后检出的淋巴结总数,淋巴结直径,阳性淋巴结数与传统方法比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),部分标本分期改变。结论:淋巴结显示液处理后直肠癌标本病理检查结果更可靠,更准确评估患者分期,指导治疗。 Objective: To investigate the clinical significance of lymph node display technique in the detection of mesorectal lymph node in rectal cancer specimens. Methods: Totally 20 cases of rectal cancer were confirmed by histopathological resection. The lymph nodes of the resected rectal cancer specimens were removed by traditional methods, stained and microscopically examined. 12 h after the pathological examination of lymph nodes. The number of lymph nodes, the diameter of lymph nodes and the number of positive lymph nodes detected by the two methods were compared. Results: The number of lymph nodes, the diameter of lymph nodes and the number of positive lymph nodes detected by the lymph nodes in the resected specimens were significantly different from the traditional methods (P <0.05). Some of the specimens were staging changed. Conclusion: The lymph nodes showed that the results of pathological examination of rectal cancer specimens after liquid treatment were more reliable and more accurate for evaluating the staging of patients and guiding the treatment.
