在农村小学复式班的教学中,如何发挥自动作业的作用,使之成为学生巩固课堂知识,补充直接教学课时不足的有效手段呢?我认为,结合教学实际,根据儿童年龄特征,设计富于启发性而又形式多样的自动作业,是其关键,也是提高复式班教学质量的重要环节。 前几年,我布置的自动作业比较单调、枯燥,语文多是写字词、抄书或默写课文。学生对这种机械重复的劳动感到厌烦,教学效果很不理想。后来,在一些老师的帮助下,认识到学生自动作业时间长,更应该在作业设计上下功夫。于是在学生完成基本作业外,我还设计了一些适合儿童年龄特征的自动作业:
