一、定义与概念 由于单一地依靠化学农药防治害虫带来了许多后遗症,所以寻找经济、有效、安全的防治方法已成了当务之急。近二十年的实践证明,把抗虫性结合进农作物品种的改良计划,选育与推广抗虫品种,是控制害虫的有效措施。 作物的抗虫性,是指作物品种由于生物化学、形态、组织解剖或物候等原因,使害虫不去产卵、不取食危害,或虽然取食,但生长发育不良,或不致引起经济上严重损失的特性。作物抗虫性可以归纳为生态抗性和遗传抗性两大类。
