在点啮合副误差与变异关系方程基础上,建立了蜗杆式齿轮整体误差测量的数学模型,采用解析手段对测量过程误差与变异关系进行数字仿真,研究啮合点位置变异及其对转角变异的影响,给出法向误差影响下啮合点位置变异及转角变异的解析式,并得出相关结论。
Based on the equation of point mismatch between secondary error and variation, a mathematical model of worm gear integral error measurement was established. The relationship between error and variation of measurement process was numerically simulated and the variation of meshing point position and its influence on rotation variation were studied. , Gives the analytic expression of the variation of the meshing point position and corner variation under the influence of the normal error, and draws the conclusion.
