人才培养方案是职业学校重要的教学文件;在示范校建设中,学校都会根据汽车制造与检修专业、行业调研和学校自己的实际情况;校企合作共同制定了汽车制造与检修专业人才培养方案;在实施人培方案过程中取得了很多成绩,也培养出优秀学子,但为了本专业更好的发展,先简介人才培养方案,然后就实习课程课时安排、时间等做一个体会总结,供同行参考。
