[目的]研究草苁蓉环烯醚萜对D-氨基半乳糖(GalN)诱发的急性肝损伤小鼠肝组织抗氧化活性的影响.[方法]将实验小鼠随机分为正常对照组、模型对照组、水飞蓟素组及草苁蓉环烯醚萜大、小剂量组.每日灌胃给予小鼠相应药物,共7d.实验末期,腹腔注射给予GalN,建立小鼠急性肝损伤模型,用比色法检测小鼠血清转氨酶及肝组织抗氧化酶活性和丙二醛(MDA)含量.[结果]与模型对照组比较,草苁蓉环烯醚萜大、小剂量组肝损伤小鼠血清天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶和丙氨酸氨基转移酶活性明显降低,肝组织超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化氢酶及谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性显著升高,MDA水平明显降低,相比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05).[结论]草苁蓉环烯醚萜对GalN诱导的小鼠急性肝损伤具有保护作用,可提高肝组织抗氧化活性.
[Objective] The research aimed to study the effect of iridoid iridium-glycoside on the anti-oxidation activity of hepatic tissue induced by D-galactosamine (GalN) in acute liver injury mice. [Methods] The experimental mice were randomly divided into normal control group, model Control group, silymarin group and Cistanche siriclaldehyde large and small dose group.The mice were given the corresponding drugs by intragastric administration for 7 days.At the end of the experiment, GalN was given intraperitoneally to establish model of acute liver injury in mice, Serum aminotransferase and hepatic tissue anti-oxidase activity and malondialdehyde (MDA) content were detected by colorimetric assay. [Results] Compared with the model control group, the serum level of Tianmaimen Aspartate aminotransferase and alanine aminotransferase activity were significantly reduced, liver tissue superoxide dismutase, catalase and glutathione peroxidase activity was significantly increased, MDA levels were significantly lower, compared with (P <0.05). [Conclusion] The iridoid of Herba Scutellariae could protect GalN-induced acute liver injury in mice and increase the anti-oxidative activity of liver tissue.
