计量是测量及其应用的科学,是认识世界和改造世界的工具,也是探索动态变化世界的一把钥匙。世间万物都是由“量”组成的,并通过“量”来体现,“量”无所不在,无处不在,无时不在。正是因为有了对量的认识和测量手段、测量精度的不断提升,才不断提高人类认识世界和改造世界的能力,并推动人类世界的动态发展变化。这也正是前不久中国国家质检总局支树平局长在5·20世界计量日致辞中说的那样:“量值定义世界,精准改变未来!”
Metrology is the science of measurement and its application. It is a tool to understand and reform the world and a key to exploring a dynamic world. All things in the world are composed of “quantity ”, and through “quantity ” to reflect “quantity ” is everywhere, everywhere, all the time. It is precisely because of the understanding and measurement of quantitative means and the continuous improvement of measurement accuracy that we can continuously improve our ability to understand and transform the world and to promote the dynamic development and changes in the human world. This is precisely what China’s AQSIQ Director General Shu Shuping said recently in his speech at the 5 · 20 World Metrology Day: “The world of value defines the future and precisely changes the future!”
