人力资源管理是研究和解决组织中人与人关系的调整、人与事的配合,以充分开发人力资源,挖掘人的潜力,调动人的生产积极性,提高人的工作效率的一门现代科学。组织设计是人力资源管理的基础性工作,其基本任务就是如何发挥管理者的群体作用,有效地管理复杂多变的对象,使之能够做到机构精简、高效,职能分工合理而明确,既高效又统一,既充分发挥个人的积极性、创造性,又能保持高度的和谐和统一。本文试通过对自己学习过的人力资源管理的理论知识提炼积累,结合自己的工作实践,对现代企业组织设计应该遵循的原则、影响组织设计的的一些主要因素进行分析,并就如何才能设计出一个富有弹性企业组织结构提出一些自己粗浅的见解。
Human resource management is a modern science that studies and resolves the adjustment of the relationship among people in the organization and the coordination of people and things in order to fully develop human resources, tap the potential of human beings, mobilize the enthusiasm of people for production, and improve the efficiency of human work. Organizational design is the basic work of human resource management, and its basic task is how to play the role of the group of managers, effectively manage the complex and changeable objects so that the organization can be streamlined and efficient, the division of functions is reasonable and clear, efficient In the meantime, we should give full play to individual’s initiative and creativity while maintaining a high degree of harmony and unity. This paper tries to analyze and summarize the main principles that should be followed in modern enterprise organizational design and how to design the main factors that influence the organizational design by refining and accumulating the theoretical knowledge of human resource management that we have learned and combining with our own work practice. A flexible corporate organizational structure put forward some of their own superficial insights.
