目的观察分析体外冲击波碎石联合输尿管镜碎石术治疗输尿管上段结石的疗效。方法针对本院从2010年9月~2012年3月收治50例输尿管上段结石患者,对患者病历资料进行回顾性分析,并将其分为试验组和对照组,且每组都有25例患者,对照组患者采取常规手术治疗方法;试验组患者,采取体外冲击波碎石联合输尿管镜碎石术治疗方法 ,观察分析两组患者的临床效果。结果在两组患者中,试验组患者临床效果要高于对照组临床效果,两组之间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床中,对于输尿管上段结石患者进行治疗中,采用体外冲击波碎石联合输尿管镜碎石术进行治疗,较常规手术治疗具有更好的临床疗效,不仅能使得患者的病情明显好转,还可以降低患者术中并发症的形成,值得在实际中推广。
Objective To observe the effect of extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy combined with ureteroscopic lithotripsy in the treatment of upper ureteral calculi.
