目的探讨血管内皮生长因子受体-1(Flt-1)、可溶性血管内皮生长因子受体-1(sFlt-1)与双绒毛膜双胎生长不一致的关系。方法收集2009年10月至2011年1月在中山大学附属第一医院产科分娩的双绒毛膜双胎40例为研究对象,包括17例生长不一致性双胎及23例生长一致性双胎,应用酶联免疫吸附(ELISA)法检测脐血清中sFlt-1;免疫组织化学法检测胎盘组织中Flt-1蛋白的表达量。结果生长不一致性双胎中小胎脐血清中sFlt-1[(3366.40±479.36)ng/L]明显高于大胎[(2031.80±373.17)ng/L]及对照组[小胎和大胎分别为(1892.08±631.70)ng/L和(1903.00±580.16)ng/L](P<0.05);生长不一致性双胎中小胎胎盘中Flt-1蛋白表达量明显低于大胎及对照组(P<0.05)。结论 Flt-1、sFlt-1表达异常与双绒毛膜双胎生长不一致密切相关。
Objective To investigate the relationship between Flt-1, soluble vascular endothelial growth factor receptor-1 (sFlt-1) and dual chorionic twins. Methods 40 cases of double chorionic twins delivered from October 2009 to January 2011 in obstetrics and gynecology at First Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University were enrolled in this study. They included 17 cases of twins with growth incompatibility and 23 cases of growth-identical twins. Serum sFlt-1 was detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), and Flt-1 protein expression in placenta was detected by immunohistochemistry. Results Inconsistent growth of sFlt-1 [(3366.40 ± 479.36) ng / L] was significantly higher than that of the large fetus [(2031.80 ± 373.17) ng / L] and the control group (1892.08 ± 631.70) ng / L and (1903.00 ± 580.16) ng / L] (P <0.05). The expression of Flt-1 protein in the placenta of the twins with growth inconsistency was significantly lower than that of the fetuses and the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusions The abnormal expressions of Flt-1 and sFlt-1 are closely related to the inconsistent growth of twin chorionic twins.
