天然气中含有硫化氢等腐蚀性介质。调节阀作为压力、流量调节设备,必须考虑硫化物应力腐蚀与电化学腐蚀带来的破坏和高压气体的冲蚀。我们在配合四川天然气矿采输自动化而研制抗硫气动(电动)调节阀、球阀过程中,选用了重庆仪表材料研究所研制的6YC1合金、上海材料所研制的318合金结构材料及一些弹性材料加工调节阀的阀芯、阀座等。经过长时间运行,其整机工作正常,零部件元腐蚀及冲刷迹象,受到现场工人的好评和天津市科委的奖励。本文认为:这些合金具有较高的热力学稳定性和高的强度、硬度,在许多化学介质中也是稳定的,宜
Natural gas contains hydrogen sulfide and other corrosive media.
