The correct location of subclinical liver cancer has important implications for effective surgical resection. Pathological studies of subclinical liver cancer suggest that these liver cancers may exhibit less regular absorption of X-rays. We selected 7 cases of primary diagnosis of subclinical hepatocellular carcinoma and 1 case of sustained low-level fluctuations of AFP according to the dynamic characteristics of alpha-fetoprotein (AFP).
