Regional road transport is a complete system, while the road network is a subsystem of the system. Therefore, systematic analysis is an important way of highway network planning. The investment in highway construction is large and the cycle length is long. How to make use of the limited funds in order to achieve high efficiency for regional transportation is a major problem in highway construction. Therefore, to improve and develop the existing highway network, the first is the trunk highway network. Establishing the evaluation system and investment optimization model of the highway network planning as soon as possible is an urgent need to strengthen the macroscopic control and investment direction decision-making of highway construction.
