目的:研究小檗碱对Ⅱ型糖尿病大鼠的降血糖作用,为其临床应用提供实验依据。方法:采用正交实验法提取盐酸小檗碱;高脂高糖饲料饲养并结合链脲佐霉素(STZ)诱导建立Ⅱ型糖尿病大鼠模型,随机分为模型对照组、阳性对照组(二甲双胍)、盐酸小檗碱高、中、低剂量组,各组均灌胃给药,空白对照组与模型对照组灌服等量生理盐水,每日1次,连续14 d。于给药第14天各组动物禁食不禁水24 h,尾端取血,用血糖仪检测各组大鼠血糖浓度。结果:小檗碱能够降低糖尿病大鼠摄食量、饮水量、空腹血糖、糖耐量。结论:小檗碱能够改善糖尿病大鼠高血糖症状,具有良好的开发应用前景。
Objective: To study the hypoglycemic effects of berberine on type 2 diabetic rats and provide experimental evidence for its clinical application. METHODS: Berberine hydrochloride was extracted by orthogonal experiment. The model rats with type 2 diabetes were induced by high fat and high glucose diet combined with streptozotocin (STZ), and were randomly divided into model control group, positive control group (metformin ), Berberine high, middle and low dose groups, each group were given intragastric administration, blank control group and model control group were given the same amount of saline, once a day for 14 days. On the fourteenth day after administration, the fasting blood of each group of animals could not help but water for 24 hours. Blood was taken from the tail and the blood glucose level of each group was measured by blood glucose meter. Results: Berberine can reduce food intake, water intake, fasting blood glucose and glucose tolerance in diabetic rats. Conclusion: Berberine can improve the symptoms of hyperglycemia in diabetic rats and has a good prospect of development and application.
