晚期胃癌的常规化疗效果较差,本文报道新辅助化疗(NAC)治疗高度晚期胃癌的经验和效果。 本组55例Ⅳ期原发性胃癌,随机分2组,NAC组29例,术前给予PMUE方案,4～8周后手术。对照组26例,先手术、术后4～5周给予PMUE方案,每3～4周1疗程。PMUE包括化疗首日给予CDDP75mg/m~2,MMC 10mg和第 3,4,5日给予足叶乙甙50mg/日静脉滴注。化疗首日给予UFT400mg口服。WBC<3.5×10~9/L;血小板计数<100×10~9/L时推迟治疗。
The efficacy of conventional chemotherapy for advanced gastric cancer is poor. This article reports the experience and effect of neoadjuvant chemotherapy (NAC) in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer. In this group, 55 patients with stage IV primary gastric cancer were randomly divided into 2 groups, 29 cases in the NAC group. PMUE protocol was given before surgery, and surgery was performed 4 to 8 weeks later. In the control group, 26 cases were given surgery first and then 4 to 5 weeks after the operation, and the PMUE regimen was administered every 3 to 4 weeks. PMUE included the first day of chemotherapy given CDDP 75mg/m~2, MMC 10mg and on the 3rd, 4th, and 5th day of intravenous administration of apocynin 50mg/day. On the first day of chemotherapy, UFT 400mg was given orally. WBC<3.5×10~9/L; delayed platelet count <100×10~9/L.
