本文系统地研究碳和硼对650℃和750℃持久性能、室温和650℃瞬时性能的影响.碳和硼对持久性能的影响最明显,碳含量为0.03—0.05%,硼含量为0.006%左右,持久时间达到峰值.但它们不影响缺口敏感性. 硼含量增加,降低出现硼化物共晶的温度.硼化物共晶的数量随硼含量和固溶处理温度的提高而增多.硼化物共晶的少量存在对室温瞬时性能影响不大,但显著降低持久时间.
In this paper, we systematically studied the effects of carbon and boron on the long-term performance at 650 ℃ and 750 ℃, the transient properties at room temperature and 650 ℃, and the carbon and boron have the most obvious impact on the long-term performance with a carbon content of 0.03-0.05% and a boron content of 0.006% , But they did not affect the notch sensitivity.The boron content increased, reducing the occurrence of boride eutectic temperature.The amount of boride eutectic increases with the increase of boron content and solution treatment temperature.Boride eutectic The small amount has little effect on the transient performance at room temperature, but significantly reduces the lasting time.
