目的 研究止血镇痛胶囊对大鼠功能性子宫出血的治疗作用.方法 将受精雌鼠分为空白对照组、模型对照组、卡巴克络对照组、独一味软胶囊组及止血镇痛胶囊低、中、高剂量组.妊娠第7天时除空白对照组外,其余各组给予米非司酮和米索前列醇造成不完全流产.第8～14 d各给药组灌胃给予相应药物,空白对照组和模型对照组灌胃生理盐水.7～14 d期间,每日分别于8:00和20:00采集阴道出血量.第15天时取血,Elisa测试血清中雌二醇(E2)和孕酮(P)的含量,并在光镜下观察大鼠子宫组织病理变化.结果 与模型对照组比较,止血镇痛胶囊低剂量组子宫出血时间、子宫出血总量、给药第7天的子宫出血量显著减少(P＜0.05);止血镇痛胶囊中剂量组大鼠血清中E2含量显著升高(P＜0.01),止血镇痛胶囊高剂量组大鼠血清中E2和P含量均显著升高(P＜0.01),止血镇痛胶囊3个剂量组大鼠子宫中绒毛及蜕膜细胞残留均显著减少(P＜0.05).结论 止血镇痛胶囊能减少子宫出血时间,提高激素水平,促进子宫绒毛及蜕膜细胞残留排出,对大鼠功能性子宫出血具有明显的改善作用.
