In closed head injuries, the facial nerve is the most commonly affected motor cranial nerve. Reported in the literature, delayed head injury and paralysis of the incidence of 0.6 to 2.2%. Some authors note that paralysis of the facial nerve, which occurs immediately after injury, is difficult to find, making it likely to be mistaken for late-onset. The authors exhaustively studied this case from both clinical and medical diagnosis methods and explained its pathogenesis on a pilot basis. 6304 cases of head injury, have concussion. All closed head injuries with external auditory canal bleeding (bleeding from the middle ear, inner ear) were studied daily from injury until delayed facial paralysis occurred. Where the diagnostic abnormalities without clinical obvious paralysis as subclinical or subclinical paralysis. All cases were followed up.
