垂直埋管型地源热泵空调系统技术的应用规模涉及资源配置问题。本文在统计了北京地区部分项目布孔用地数据的基础上,对一定场地规模的埋管系统外部性进行了识别与分析,应用边际分析法对垂直埋管系统布孔场地规模与价格的关系进行分析,导出了基于经济合理性的项目规模应用条件。得出结论为:只有项目(空调负荷)规模最小化——围绕建筑物轮廓边缘场地单排(线状)布孔几乎不占用土地,满足此条件时可看作布孔场地规模的最小化,力求符合“布孔场地规模趋向于最小规模时,负外部性的影响降低到了最小”的要求。对于垂直埋管型地源热泵空调系统技术的应用应当强调:项目的规模控制是关键,全程的科学管理是保障。
