教了十几年语文,越来越感到语文教学的迷惘,尽管我费尽心思,精细备课,然而语文的结晶总是以蜻蜓点水解决在课堂上。同学们面对一篇课文翻动着书页,就像午后懒洋洋的风有一搭没一搭地吹过树梢,又像最后一场秋风,恶狠狠卷过林子,只为了急功近利扫荡树上的残叶,给冬天一份答卷,如此的语文课堂,犹如寒冷的冬天。正当我陷入迷惘之际,吉安市教研室编的《四导·教学》,犹如冬天里的腊梅“疏影横斜水清浅,暗香浮动月黄昏”——令语文老师和学生陶醉其中。经过一个学期的实教,我对《四导·教学》有如下之感。
