随着我国经济的发展,城市化进程的加快,我国建筑行业得到了快速的发展。所以,在我国很多的软弱土地地区,预应力混凝土管桩已经在我国房屋建筑等等的很多工程中得到了广泛的应用。通常来说,在软弱土地区的管桩是属于挤土桩,因为使用这种技术的时候,可以很快的完成,施工速度可以放得很快,在软土地区进行大量的施打后,会使得土地的压力变得很大,而且,在开挖的时候要是没有得到很好的控制,就会使得管桩位置发生偏离,或者是断桩等等事故。所以,我们必须要具体问题具体分析,要有针对性的对软土地的特点进行分析。在进行施工挖桩的时候要采取适当的方法进行有效的保护。
