20(S)、20(R)型人参皂甙—Rg_3,20(S),20(R)人参皂甙—Rh_1和—Rh_2已从红参中分离出来。研究了这些皂甙对凝血酶诱导的纤维蛋白原转变为纤维蛋白的作用及其对血小板的凝集作用。 20S、20R型人参皂甙—Rg_3,能抑制胶原和二磷酸腺苷诱导的血小板凝集。20S型人参皂甙—Rg_3,20S、20R型人叁皂甙—Rh_1能抑制凝血酶诱导纤维蛋白原转变成纤维蛋白。前文报道了得自人参正丁醇提出物中的人参皂甙—Ro、—R_(b1)、—Rb_2、—Rc、—Re、—Rg_1和—Rg_2对血凝系统和纤维蛋白原系统均有明显的影响。最近,Kitaga,W、etal,从红参中分离出20(S)型人参皂甙—Rg_3,20(R)型人参皂甙—Rh_1,人参皂甙Rh_2。Odajima etal报导了人参皂甙—Rh_2能抑制肿瘤细胞的增生。本文作者已报道了人参乙酸乙酯提出物中的皂甙对血小板凝集和凝血酶诱导的纤维蛋白原转变成纤维蛋白的抑制作用。此文报告20(S)、20(R)—人参皂甙Rg_3,20(S)、20(R)—人参皂甙Rh_1和人参皂甙Rh_2对血小板凝集和纤维蛋白原转变成纤维蛋白的影响。
20(S), 20(R)-type ginsenosides-Rg 3, 20(S), 20(R)-ginsenosides-Rh 1 and -Rh 2 have been isolated from red ginseng. The effects of these saponins on thrombin-induced conversion of fibrinogen to fibrin and its platelet aggregation were studied. 20S, 20R type ginsenosides-Rg 3 can inhibit collagen and adenosine diphosphate induced platelet aggregation. 20S-ginsenosides-Rg 3, 20S, 20R-type human saponin-Rh 1 can inhibit thrombin-induced fibrinogen conversion to fibrin. Ginsenosides Ro, Rb1, Rb2, Rc, Re, Rg1, and Rg2 from the ginseng n-butanol extract have been reported to have significant effect on the blood coagulation system and fibrinogen system. Impact. Recently, Kitaga, W, etal isolated 20(S)-ginsenoside-Rg 3, 20(R)-ginsenoside-Rh 1 and ginsenoside Rh 2 from red ginseng. Odajima etal reported that ginsenoside-Rh 2 can inhibit the proliferation of tumor cells. The authors have reported that the saponin in the ethyl acetate extract of ginseng inhibits platelet aggregation and thrombin-induced conversion of fibrinogen to fibrin. This paper reports the effects of 20(S), 20(R)-ginsenoside Rg 3,20(S), 20(R)-ginsenoside Rh 1 and ginsenoside Rh 2 on platelet aggregation and fibrinogen conversion to fibrin.
