零售店是农资营销的桥头堡,也是各个企业短兵相接的战场,零售店的促销越来越激烈,尤其在南方经济作物区和果树区。如何搞好促销,成为企业竞争成败的重要因素。农资产品促销活动,顾名思义,就是为了促进农资产品的销售而采取降价或是赠送礼品等手段的行为活动,能在短期内达到促进销售、提升业绩、增加收益、扩大品牌的目的。搞好促销活动是当前农资销售中重要的一环。那么如何扎实有效地做好促销活动呢?一、要明确促销的目的和作用。我们搞促销的目的到底是处理库存还是提升销量?是打击竞争对手还是将新品推广上市?
