在黑龙江省异常血红蛋白普查中,于哈尔滨市和齐齐哈尔市三个无关家族中发现3例异常血红蛋白,先证者及其他携带者均为杂合子,无临床症状。这3例异常血红蛋白电泳行为与HbG相似,化学结构分析表明它们都是血红蛋白G Coushatta。目前,HbG Coushatta仅见于汉族,并多见于北方,其分布可能具有民族特点。
In the abnormal hemoglobin survey of Heilongjiang Province, three cases of abnormal hemoglobin were found in three unrelated families in Harbin and Qiqihar. The probands and other carriers were all heterozygous with no clinical symptoms. These three abnormal hemoglobin electrophoresis behavior similar to HbG, chemical structure analysis showed that they are hemoglobin G Coushatta. At present, HbG Coushatta only found in the Han, and more common in the north, its distribution may have ethnic characteristics.
