厚松散层岩层的移动特点为薄基岩与厚松散层的相互耦合效应,具体表现为在松散层足够厚时,松散层会随薄基岩的周期性垮落而呈现周期性的拱结构特征,拱结构的存在可以避免上覆岩层全部作用在支架上;但是如果松散层厚度不够,在开采到一定程度时,松散层会呈现整体性的垮落,这时松散层整层的重力会以一定的承载系数传递至支架上,易造成支架压力的增大,甚至发生压架事故。基于此,得出形成有效拱的最小松散层厚度为70 m,并计算该条件下的支架工作阻力。
