目的了解老年癌症患者住院费用构成及影响因素,为控制医疗费用上涨提出建议。方法收集2007-2011年4种常见老年癌症病例1101例,采用描述性分析、单因素分析和多元线性回归分析等方法分析老年癌症患者的住院费用及其影响因素。结果老年癌症患者住院费用逐年上升,影响住院费用的主要因素是住院天数、特级护理、输血情况、抢救情况、手术情况、患者来源、癌症种类、付费方式。结论实施临床路径管理,优化医院内部流程,缩短平均住院日;完善医疗保障制度,实行按病种限价付费,降低医疗费用。
Objective To understand the composition and influencing factors of hospitalization costs in elderly cancer patients and to provide suggestions for controlling the rising medical costs. Methods A total of 1101 cases of 4 common senile cancer cases were collected from 2007 to 2011. The costs of hospitalization for elderly cancer patients and their influencing factors were analyzed by descriptive analysis, univariate analysis and multivariate linear regression analysis. Results The cost of hospitalization for senile cancer patients increased year by year. The main factors affecting the cost of hospitalization were hospitalization days, super care, blood transfusion, resuscitation, operation, patient source, type of cancer and payment method. Conclusion The implementation of clinical path management, optimize the internal flow of the hospital, shorten the average length of stay; improve the medical security system, the implementation of the disease according to the limit price to reduce medical costs.
