水稻是浙江省最重要的粮食作物,目前各季水稻栽培总面积达3600多万亩,其中籼稻面积占44%。长期来,由于偏重了产量而忽视了质量,推广的水稻品种品质参差不齐,特别是大多数籼稻米质欠佳,缺乏市场竞争力。近年来,为了适应当前水稻生产的商品化,开辟国内外市场,提高经济效益,并满足人民物质生活日益改善的需要,浙江省水稻育种工作者注重了稻米品质的改良。高产、优质、多抗已成为水稻育种的三大目标。本文对1987年浙江省新品种(系)省区域试验和联品联鉴等新品种(组合)的碾磨品质和蒸煮食用品质方面进行分析报导,提供水稻育种者参考。
Rice is the most important grain crop in Zhejiang Province. At present, the total area of paddy rice cultivation in all seasons is more than 3600 mu, of which the area of indica rice accounts for 44%. In the long run, due to the emphasis on production and neglect of quality, the quality of rice varieties promoted is uneven. In particular, most indica rice are poor in quality and lack of market competitiveness. In recent years, Zhejiang rice breeding workers have paid attention to the improvement of rice quality in order to adapt to the commercialization of rice production, open up markets both at home and abroad, increase economic benefits and satisfy the people’s material needs. High yield, high quality, multi-resistance has become the three major objectives of rice breeding. In this paper, we analyzed and reported the milling quality and cooking edible quality of new varieties (combinations) such as the regional test of new varieties (strains)
